Welcome to Stable Cottage, where you will be in the capable hands of Sarah and her lovely family! Sarah has been pouring her heart and soul into the cottage for the past two years, and we are thrilled to announce that we are now officially open for business in 2023.

Sarah and her husband, Simon, along with their two grown-up children who are currently at university, have been residents of the picturesque village of Beauworth since 2011. In fact, Simon grew up in the village and their family home is located right next to Stable Cottage.

With their deep familiarity with the area, Sarah and Simon are the perfect hosts to help you plan your visit and recommend some amazing local activities and places to explore. Sarah has a background in catering, having owned a successful catering business in London, and has cooked professionally for events like Formula 1 and Golf circuits. Her passion for gardening is also evident, as she enjoys growing organic fruit and vegetables in her own garden. Simon is a lawyer by profession and has retired from rugby to pursue his love for cycling. He can recommend some fantastic cycling routes that showcase the beauty of the area.

The entire family shares a deep love for dogs, and they have four adorable pooches - Molly and Stella the Black labs, and Dotty and Socks, who are Dachshund/Jack Russel crosses.
